Join me on my cholesterol journey!
Welcome to my Blog, I have very high cholesterol and have always refused statins. Very recently I nearly relented until I started researching. My blog isn’t to give advice or tell anyone what they should or shouldn’t do, I am here to to tell my story, give other people the chance to share their experiences and share how the whole cholesterol/statin debate has impacted my lifestyle.
So I guess it’s not really a cholesterol journey but a change of lifestyle journey and hopefully for the better.
